Due to its remoteness, not much is going on around Psili Ammos beach. However, there are a few close-by beaches to visit and these are Kleidos and Panormos (where a pre-historic settlement is found). Driving a bit further towards the north will take you to Moutsouna and Azalas.
The south-east coastline road of Naxos (which leads to the area’s beaches) offers magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and the distant island Donoussa. It is a great opportunity to take some good photos.
